Corporate Lets
As a corporate tenant renting through CityLets York you will find our professional service efficient, friendly and cost-effective. We can offer a bespoke service working with landlords and tenants to provide tailor made accommodation to suit requirements.
Our qualified staff are very experienced and will be able to deal confidently with any queries you may have about the process of renting a home, the tenancy agreement itself or the market in general.
Please do remember that as well as paying the rent you will also be liable for all utilities including council tax, you will pay to insure your possessions and you will pay for the inventory check in unless the tenancy agreement states otherwise.
A deposit will typically be four to six weeks rent which the corporate letting company will hold as stakeholders. This gives you peace of mind that, at the end of the tenancy, not a penny can be released to either party without the prior written approval of both landlord and tenant.
As well as letting to corporate clients we do also let properties to professional singles, couples or families who will be thoroughly referenced. The vast majority of our clients are investor landlords, which is an advantage to you as it means that the properties are generally available for long term lets if required.
For shorter more flexible accommodation we have over 50 serviced apartments that can provide an all inclusive stay with free WiFi, weekly cleaning services and a central YO1 location.
